TV Presenter, Producer, Counsellor and Writer. These are my distinctive roles which represent the various aspects of me. As most of you may know, my interest in behaviour, current trends and social issues; knowledge of psychology and experience within counselling are reflected and expressed within my articles here on my blog page. Self-Central is a continuation of this in visual form.
Self-Central is an online show which I present and co-produce with the3even. We aim to go beyond the very layered coat of glitz and glamour, to provide in-depth interviews with successful individuals in the public eye.
I take this angle as I feel due to the fame obsessed culture in today’s society, the true essence of the person in the spotlight is overlooked as higher importance is placed on what they are wearing, who they are with and how many units they have sold. Self-Central aims to find out more about the person you always see on a human to human level.
